I lost 5. Mostly from just eating less and cutting out sugary foods. Can't say I've really been exercising much. I'm going to be starting the 5 factor fitness exercise program on Monday. I had lost 6 as of Saturday morning, but then Tepanyaki and some cake and ice cream happened. I do believe that is my favorite restaurant.
5!?!?!! Way to go Steve!!! How are you and Robyn pulling of these big numbers? I need to stop exercising. Just kidding, kind of. I need to try that restaurant someday. It sounds way good!
