I. HATE. YOGA.

That's all I have to say about that!

    Personally I have no feelings for yoga either way. I've never tried it.

  2. I think it's lame too. I need to jump and hop around when I exercise so I feel like I'm actually exercising. Yoga IS lame!!! Luf you
    P.S. Go eat a Ding Dong already and put a smile on your face!!! It's better to cheat once in a while and smile rather than eat the same ol' boring thing and be sad. (Just my opinion)

  3. It is TOO HARD for me! We did the P90X version and it is 1 hour and 30 minutes! I did about 40 minutes and had to stop, it was crazy. My arms hurt so bad, that's a good thing, but still. I had done one of the Insanity DVD's in the morning with my friends so my arms were already done. Not fun. I ALMOST ate cookie at our activity tonight, but my friend told me not to, so I didn't - darn it all anyway.

  5. I.HATE.YOGA - I thought it was a link to good yoga, but with all the comments, it appears that it's a real issue in your life. Watching what you are all doing to whip your bodies into shape reminds me of a scripture - see 1 Timothy 4:8-9. Read it and SMILE!
