Finding your weight loss %

In order to find this you take the weight you've lost and divide it by your starting weight, or the previous weeks weight - if you're doing it weekly.

EXAMPLE:

If your starting weight was 200 lbs. and you lost 5 pounds that week, you would divide 5 by 200 and it would equal 0.025, then you move the decimal over two and you find that your weight loss % for that week is 2.5%.

  1. So when everyone posts their weekly weight loss, do they post the lbs or the %?

  2. Um, good question Juli. What do you all want to do. Because the winner will be the highest over all percentage. I say we just post the pounds each week and then it will be a surprise in the end who the winner is with figuring out the percentages. What do you all think?

  5. That makes me feel so good inside Ryan. hahahaha I have messed up so bad today. I spent most of the day at Mom's because Steve needed us out of the house so he could fix the floor around the toilet, because it was warped. Anyway, I ate like 5 of those mini candy bars. I was feeling bad about it but now I see that everyone messes up sometimes, right??? Luf you P.S. I don't feel good inside because you think you're losing, I just felt relieved that I wasn't the only one who ate junk.

  6. Well I made WAY good cornbread yesterday and ate like 1/2 of it today...BY MYSELF! Bahahah! Beat that with your measly Blizzard and mini candy bars. HA! AND I can't even work out, so it's not like I'm working it off any time soon. Awesome. I'm for sure gonna win.

  8. I've been craving cornbread! Mmmmm. I've been replacing oil with applesauce in everything lately. I even tried it yesterday when I made wheat bread...and it WORKED! I was worried it wouldn't turn out right, super yummo.
