Robyn -
Well, as you all know, I was doing the juicing. It was supposed to last 8 days but I only lasted 5. I am really done with this "juice fast" program. I haven't been following it anymore but I have been making healthier choices. Steve made the kids french toast last night for dinner and I really wanted some but I didn't, I am very proud. Instead, I made me some wheat spaghetti and I threw in a bunch of veggies into the sauce. Amberly and Jared ate that with me and we all enjoyed it. I am very proud to say that I lost 4 lbs. I feel very happy with that.

Wow Robyn, that is amazing. Way to go!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenni. I should have looked at my weight from last week before I posted because it looks like I lost 2 lbs. hahaha I was going off of my weight from a couple weeks ago. I am still happy though!
ReplyDeleteAre you keeping track on paper, or just on here? I have mine written so I can see progress. It's nice, except for today's. Grrr.
ReplyDeleteSounds super great! We had wheat/oatmeal pancakes last night, and I had homemade apricot syrup on them. I looked at the maple syrup calories & couldn't believe how hight it was!!! 230 in 1/4 cup (4 T)
ReplyDeleteRobyn, making it 5 days is still awesome if you ask me! I think it's a good way to make you appreciate the flavors in healthy food, making better choices and not just going straight for that sugary stuff! And Juli, syrup is outrageous, huh!?! Same with jams and juices. Sheesh! Who'd a thunk!? Also, Robyn hasn't been taking her measurements and I told her she had to start cause her clothes are totally fitting looser, even if her weight loss isn't going down as much as she thought. The # on the scale doesn't tell you everything! Anyway, love you girlies and am proud of all of you!
