I think that I have hit the bottom for the type of
exercises I have been doing. I guess it is time for me to change up the training I have been doing. Oh I lost a very
minimal amount, enough that I am not even going to consider it a weight loss. This week I am going to do some
different exercises to see if I can trick my body and get some results. We will see... late.
Hey now! If I have to post every time I GAIN then you must put the "little" you LOSE! Losing is losing, no matter how much. You're doing so good Arik. You're body must just be slowing down because it's lost so much already. Amazing!
ReplyDeleteHe looks so great, I'm surprised he didn't lose any, (0.2 - sorry Arik!) but I think him switching up his exercises will help. He even ate better than the last week, so he won't be changing anything there. Love you Arik, you're a super model. Hee.
