Times a Tickin'
Have you noticed our little celery ticker over to the right??? It says we only have 3 weeks and 5 days left until our final weigh in for this Lose It! challenge!!!!! This has gone pretty quick. We can't give up yet though. 3 1/2 weeks is plenty of time to still lose some more of those pesky pounds people!!!! :) About our final weigh in day, April 3rd - it is General Conference and we will be meeting at BO and GO's for the 2nd session. So how about we still weigh ourselves in the morning as usual, then figure out your % lost - put it on a piece of paper. Then when we get to dads we can reveal what the %'s are and award Arik, I mean whoever has lost the highest percentage, the money. :) So exciting!!!!! :) LET'S DO THIS!

I put up a new post about the Final Weigh In. Dun-Dun-Dun!!!
ReplyDeleteGood plan Jenni. Everyone should post before & after pic's though with the lbs they've lost still, right? But the total % lost to show at Dads.
ReplyDeleteTHE IS ARIK... I wouldn't be so sure of a me being victorious at this point. Myself and Juli ran some numbers with your weight loss and some "guesstimations" for starting weight and you are pretty darn close to what my percentage is. Keep up the awesome work, and that sounds like a good plan to me.
ReplyDeleteGood thinkin' Juli - yes everyone post before and after pics in the morning with pounds lost that week - and overall pounds lost - THEN we'll show the %'s at dads. And Arik - I did the same thing with the guestimations and you were still quite ahead of me, but thanks for puttin' me up there with you! I try. :)
ReplyDeleteHey, don't discount us oldies; when you factor in the handicap for age you two are in TROUBLE!
ReplyDeleteArik win? I'm totally planning on a come from behind victory in the last weeks. Then I'll spend my winnings on a combination of Peanut Butter M&Ms, Chile Cheese Fritos, Mt. Dew, and a copy of Mass Effect 2 to entertain myself while I binge.
ReplyDeleteIn actuality, I think Arik has a lock on the victory. Jenni could catch him if he stops losing for the last few weeks, but he hasn't shown any signs of losing momentum, unlike some of us, meaning me.
I may still be able to pull off a win with the help of some laser lipo, but I'm fairly certain that would cost more than the winnings.
