Up and Down

Since we ended this thing it's been harder to stay focused to lose more of the weight. I've been staying within 4 pounds - up one week - lose it again the next. I need to FOCUS! I did do something that made me feel better though. I made a new highest weight for myself. Instead of thinking about my past high weight. So I don't think "well I used to be such and such pounds" because I don't ever want to get to that weight again. So I made a new lower highest weight for me. It's been the number I keep going up to, but I still feel ok. When I get to that # I remember I need to watch what I eat that week. Then I won't get too high again. And it will be easier when I try to get to my official goal, then to start ALL over!

  2. I think I've gained it all back. haha I feel like the junk food I've been eating. But this week I have been craving healthly foods so I bought a bunch of apples and veggies so I'm doing ok.
