My Turn

So, I've lost 22 lbs of the 26 that I gained from pregnancy. I have 11 lbs to go to get to my goal weight. The past few days I've been wanting to eat healthier even though I can't fully exercise. I want to start walking, as soon as it stops raining. I really just want to be healthy and break bad habits. My worst habit is eating some of the food I'm baking, making for dinner, or getting for my kids for their snack when i already had mine. How do I stop picking? I made cookies for FHE yesterday & ate alot of cookie dough, then had some cookies when they were done! I'm fine with a taste of cookie dough, but not 3-4 cookies worth!!! How do I stop?

  1. ok so minus 2 lbs already. plus, i think i was absent mindedly picking. if i make sure i focus i don't do it as much or not at all. did bad yesterday. visits from mom involves treats. mmmmmmmm.

  2. Can't help you on the cookie dough issue. I blame it on mom for letting us taste of it's goodness by the spoonfuls! Hahaha! It's just SOOOOOOOOO good! I think I even dare to say I love it more than the cookies themselves! I've done horrible lately, I just feel so hungry! I've still been exercising, but not as much - I got an infection in my saliva glands again, my whole head hurt for a while. But the antibiotics are working now, so I'm feeling back to normal. Aaaaannnnnnnnyyyyyyyyway. that's all. :)
