Introduction

OK family - here it is. The Biggest Loser Family blog. Here we can come to share our experiences with exercise, diet, success, discouragement and anything else. Post new recipes you've found that are great or exercise DVD's that are fun. Here you can come each week and post your weight loss or gain also. It is a place for motivation so we can all make it these 13 weeks. Only 13 weeks - we can do it!!! I really think it will give each of us good habits to hold on to forever!!! I'm excited to see all of our progress and be able to have everyones support. Post as often as you like, but AT LEAST once a week! (even if it's just to post your #'s and that's it).

  4. Confused, not scared - yet! How does one WIN ($$) this contest - with the greatest % change in weight? So the first line (Jan 2nd) will show 0% for everyone, right? I've never followed the TV show, so don't know the basics - please fill in the blanks for us. I feel sorry for those of you who do not have anything to lose, or will gain weight because your fat changes to muscle. Thanks for the money! Presumptively yours, BratQ

  5. Dad, I think this is about percentages. I don't know how to find that though, so if someone could tell us how to do the percentage part that would be helpful. Oh, and fat cant change into muscle Dad. ;)
