OK family - here it is. The Biggest Loser Family blog. Here we can come to share our experiences with exercise, diet, success, discouragement and anything else. Post new recipes you've found that are great or exercise DVD's that are fun. Here you can come each week and post your weight loss or gain also. It is a place for motivation so we can all make it these 13 weeks. Only 13 weeks - we can do it!!! I really think it will give each of us good habits to hold on to forever!!! I'm excited to see all of our progress and be able to have everyones support. Post as often as you like, but AT LEAST once a week! (even if it's just to post your #'s and that's it).
